Local Shipping

We are a Singapore-based company, so local orders are delivered faster. Once an order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days hours via SingPost. The estimated delivery time across all locations in Singapore is 2-4 working days. You will be notified via your registered email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

We try our best to deliver our packages within the estimated delivery time, but they may take longer to arrive due to poor weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances associated with the courier. Once the package is in the hands of the courier, we do not take responsibility for those delays.  Once your tracking details have been received, while we are happy to assist in limited capacity, it is the responsibility of the customer and courier to ensure the package arrives safely to the specified destination.

International Shipping

Once an international order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Friday (Singapore Standard Time) will be processed the following work day (usually Monday unless there is a public holiday). Estimated delivery times across qualified countries will be between 4-15 working days.  More information on country-specific delivery times and shipping charges will be provided at checkout.  Packages may occasionally take longer to arrive in the destination country due to country-specific custom processing and may take up to four weeks for some countries. This is unpredictable and completely at the discretion of each country’s import and customs departments. Once your tracking details have been received, while we are happy to assist in a limited capacity; it is the responsibility of the courier and the customer (who may need to provide additional information) in order to ensure the package arrive safely to its final destination.

International orders may be subject to Imports Fees (custom duties, taxes or other fees) as per the destination country’s laws and regulations. Clearly Basics does not assume responsibility for these fees.  If customs charges do occur, customers are fully responsible for full payment of these charges and it will not be reimbursed by Clearly Basics. We are not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties/taxes and packages that cannot clear customs due to country restriction, or any other delays. If you decide to not pay duties and refuse the package, it will be sent back to us and we will refund the order amount minus a US$6 processing fee and your original shipping fee. The cost of shipping is paid to the shipping provider and is non-refundable. Any return shipping costs will be borne by you.

For certain countries, Clearly Basics provides an option to pay Import Fees (customs duties, taxes or other fees) at the checkout. With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize Clearly Basics to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process, and remit your actual Import Fees for such item(s).

“Import Fees Deposit” represents an estimate of the Import Fees that will be levied on the items in your order for shipment to following countries: UK, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Switzerland and Sweden. By placing your order, you agree to allow Clearly Basics to collect the Import Fees Deposit for the applicable items in your order. The deposit will be used, on your behalf, to reimburse the Designated Carriers for the import fees that they have paid on your behalf to the appropriate authorities of the destination country.

Free Shipping with Minimum Spend

In some countries, Clearly Basics offers free shipping as long as you spend more than a certain amount on your primary order.  It does not include the amount spent on add-on offers which you may receive after you completed checkout on your primary order.

Free shipping threshold can change at any time based on pricing changes provided by each carrier route.  Clearly Basics reserves the right to provide or not include free shipping on any order their sole discretion and for any reason.

Order Cancellations

Clearly Basics does its best to ensure your order reaches your doorsteps as quickly as possible.  As such, as soon as an order is placed, we start the fulfilment process immediately and notify our shipping partners. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or modified.

In the chance you realize immediately upon your order that a change needs to be made, please write to us ASAP at [email protected] or chat us at m.me/clearlybasics and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot give any guarantee that your order can be canceled or modified.

Order Issues

If you have any issues with your orders (order missing, received wrong products, damaged product), please write to us at [email protected] with your order number, a description or photo of the items (if applicable) and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Clearly Basics will accept the return of un-opened/un-used Clearly Basics products within 30 days of ordering. Please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return and we will share the instructions on how to return the items.

Once the items are received, we will check the products and issue the refund (shipping fees and import fees deposit are non-refundable) on qualifying orders to its original payment method.  The refund will be reflected in your bank account/credit card within 5-7 working days; if it takes longer please inquire with your bank.

Items which have been used are non-refundable.  If our fulfilment center receives items which you have already been used, these items cannot be resold and will be disposed without refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your items.
